Women’s Self Defense

Women’s Self Defense is a three-hour course, designed specifically for women. Techniques taught in this course differ from others. During this course, students will learn defensive techniques from positions where they would normally be disadvantaged. This class will emphasize ground fighting, implicating weapons and culminates with scenario-based training events.
